How does captured knowledge fit the systems and tools you already run?
As IT manager you have seen tools arrive with promises and leave behind data scattered across one more system. Captured knowledge should not become that. Our approach builds on the systems you run today, adds best-practice solutions only where they fit, and keeps captured knowledge in your company's own Knowledge Space — EU-based, with access rights, an audit trail and export. What IT gets is one governed place for knowledge that was never in a system, and a sounder foundation for AI.
What you deal with today
Every department wants its own AI tool.
Each one promises answers, and each one knows nothing about your company. You are asked to connect them to everything. See why AI needs your business context.
Knowledge is spread across drives, mailboxes and heads.
The systems of record are fine. The reasons, exceptions and history around them live in email threads and in a few people, and you get the requests to find them.
You are asked whether the data is safe with a new vendor.
Where is it stored, who processes it, who has access, can we get it out? See security and data sovereignty.
What changes when the knowledge and the processes are captured
MentX captures how your company really works: the knowledge of your key people and the processes they run. We offer both a hands-on service approach — mapping your processes and capturing the knowledge behind them, from meetings, workshops and a guided intake — and our own personality-aware knowledge base, with full source attribution, in your own Knowledge Space. We build on the tools you already use and add best-practice solutions where they fit.
Captured knowledge lives in one governed place, with full source attribution. Your ERP, document management and other systems remain the systems of record. And the AI tools you evaluate get the business context they lack, from a source you control.
What this is not: a replacement for your ERP, document management or workflow tools, and not a migration project.
Three questions you would ask the DigiME
DigiME is the first use case built on the MentX knowledge base: a digital knowledge copy of your key person you can converse with. It answers in his knowledge, his reasoning style and his voice of thought.
Why was the interface between these two systems set up this way?
The reasoning of the person who designed it, with the meeting or document it came from.
Which reports does finance rely on, and what breaks if this field changes?
The dependencies as the people who use them described them, with dates.
What did we learn from the last system migration?
The lessons, in the words of the people involved, with sources.
How an engagement runs for you
For IT, step three matters most: capture your operations records the data each process step needs and where it lives. Operational excellence then adds automation where it fits, with established solutions and on the tools you already run. How an engagement runs.
Questions IT managers ask
Where is the data stored, and who processes it?
Captured knowledge is stored in the EU. The AI providers that process it are named in the data processing agreement. Data sovereignty has the details.
How does knowledge move between our systems and the Knowledge Space?
That is agreed per engagement. We build on what you run today and use established solutions where a connection is needed, rather than asking you to migrate.
Can we get our knowledge out again?
Yes. The knowledge belongs to your company and can be exported. Deletion is handled under the same agreement.
