Trust

Is MentX safe for our data — and fair to our expert?

Yes, by design rather than by promise. MentX rests on four commitments: every answer carries full source attribution; the platform is GDPR-native and EU-based; the expert keeps veto rights over his profile; and data stays in your company's own Knowledge Space. A knowledge base built from a person's working life only works if both the company and the person can trust it — so both get enforceable guarantees.

Full source attribution: knowledge you can check

Every statement in the knowledge graph carries its origin — who said it, in which meeting or intake session, on which date. When DigiME answers, the sources are under the answer. This is a trust feature as much as a quality feature: no claim in your knowledge base is ever unverifiable, and disagreements get settled by opening the source, not by arguing about what the system meant.

GDPR-native, EU-based

MentX is built by an EU company under European data protection law, from the first design decision — not adapted to it afterwards. Processing of personal data in meetings and intake sessions happens on a documented legal basis, with the data-processing agreement as part of onboarding. Your company remains the controller of its Knowledge Space.

The expert keeps veto rights

The knowledge comes from a person, and that person stays in control of his own profile. The expert reviews what enters his digital knowledge copy and can strike anything — a statement, a topic, an entire source. Nothing enters or remains in his DigiME against his will. In practice this makes capture easier, not harder: experts speak freely when they know they hold the pen.

Your own Knowledge Space

Each company's knowledge lives in its own Knowledge Space. It is not shared across customers, not pooled into a common model, and not used to train anything outside your Space. Access is governed by your company: you decide who may converse with the DigiME and who may see which sources.

What happens to the Knowledge Space if we stop?

It is your data. At contract end you choose: export and keep the knowledge base, or have the Space deleted. MentX retains nothing.

Can the expert take his profile down after leaving the company?

The veto covers content, and the ground rules are set in the intake agreement signed by both the company and the expert — before capture starts, while agreement is easy. That is deliberate: continuity for the company, control for the person, no ambiguity later.
